Character : Stormer Cartoon : Jem & the Hollograms Made in : october 2001 Worn at : Cartoonist Paris Comments : This came out after my friends and i found old video tapes of Jem & the Hollograms. It's so kitsch, we absolutely wanted to make this cosplay as we had the dolls in our childhood ^^ This was really a lot of fun !
