Character : Natsuki Anime : Hyper Police Made in : april 2003 Photo Report : june 2003 (no convention) Comments : This costume was originally planned for Baka Manga and Kat and i were going to do a Hyper Police Team. but i had not enough time and money to finish the costume on time... I finished it later on and did a little photo shoot.
