Character : Lalabel Game : Mahou Shoujo Lalabel Made in : november 2004 Worn at : Strasbourg's Gloubiboulga Night Comments : I was searching for a cute Magical Girl from the 80's costume to wear for the Gloubiboulga Night as i was meant to "work" during the event. I had a low budget and i was not able to buy a wig so Lalabel was fine (though she's not very well known). I made the pendant out of "Fimo" and customized an old headband, the wand is store bought. I feel sugary with this dress ^^
